About FKRŌ

FKRŌ — derived from fukurō, the Japanese word for owl — is our ceremonial matcha brand. We source single-cultivar, first-harvest matcha directly from family farms in Japan, stone-ground and air-freighted monthly. No shortcuts. No compromises.

Our Products

All FKRŌ matcha products are food items. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before consuming if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition.

Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on opened or perishable items. See our Return Policy for full details.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew automatically on your selected billing cycle. You may cancel any time before your next billing date. Dispatched subscription orders cannot be reversed or refunded. See our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content on fkro.co — including the FKRŌ name, owl logo, product imagery, descriptions, and blog articles — is the intellectual property of FKRŌ. Reproduction, distribution, or adaptation without prior written consent is prohibited.
