Our Products
We want you to be genuinely satisfied with your matcha. Our matcha is a perishable food product. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@fkro.co within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not offer monetary refunds. Replacements are issued for damaged or incorrect orders only.
