Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Threshold is displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
At this time, FKRŌ does not offer international shipping. We currently ship only within our supported domestic locations.
We are actively exploring international shipping options and hope to make our products available to customers worldwide in the near future.

Tracking
All orders ship with tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched. If you haven't received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at hello@fkro.co
About Our Matcha
FKRŌ matcha is air-freighted fresh from Japan every month to our warehouse in the US. This ensures that the matcha in your tin is as close as possible to its grinding date — vivid, fresh, and at its best when it arrives at your door.
Delays
FKRŌ is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, or circumstances outside our control. We will always do our best to assist you in tracking your order.
