Cancellation policy

At FKRŌ, we offer two ways to order — a single purchase or a subscription that saves you 10% with free shipping on every delivery.

Single Orders

All single orders are final once placed. We do not accept cancellations or offer refunds on confirmed orders. If you need to make changes, email hello@fkro.co immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate before dispatch.

Subscription Orders

Subscriptions renew automatically on your selected billing cycle at a 10% discount with free shipping included.

You may pause or cancel your subscription any time before your next billing date by:

— Logging in to your account at fkro.co and managing your subscription under Account Settings

— Or emailing hello@fkro.co before your next billing date with the subject line: 

Subscription Cancellation

Cancellations requested after an order has already been processed and dispatched will take effect from the following billing cycle. Dispatched orders cannot be reversed, recalled, or refunded.
